Oh, he's Aurelio Lockhart

hartofgold/this journal, and he writes trashy, invasive novels about Harry Potter & co as well as their kids. The joke is that he wrote a novel that follows the plot of Cursed Child. Charming but bad.

Oh my gosh I love that so much. I could see him being one of the few people Lucy dislikes.

He's a bad egg so that's very fair.
