HOUSE/YEAR/SPECIAL ROLES: Slytherin 2018 - 2025, Perpetually in detention
WHAT'S SOME COMMON KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEM?:

Siân is a known moron who really could not hack it in ANY of her classes.

She barely attended class her 6th and 7th years and was notorious for constantly receiving detention/losing house points. She's wasn't mouthy to professors or anything but she broke more rules than Harry himself.

Ran a lucrative Quidditch betting ring at Hogwarts.

She has probably tried to sell your character a stolen good before.

She hated being in Slytherin and bitched about it constantly.

ELEVATOR PITCH: The grifter granddaughter of Mundungus Fletcher. Tired of being poor and willing to scam her way to success. Exuberant, gregarious, and fun to be around, but manipulative, dishonest, and self-serving too.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: I think she was just hustlin' around Cardiff until receiving her summons from Forsythe but will begin working at Meat Sweats as a part-time prep cook once she moves into Henhurst. If you're looking for an unreliable employee, I'm open to her having other part-time jobs. Otherwise she supplements her income through small time fencing (not the sword sport), selling 'controlled' potions, sports betting, and general grifting.
NOTABLE RELATIONSHIPS:

We'll see how it works in voice test but I think she arbitrarily hates Albus and Scorpius.

WANTED LINES:

🐧 PARTNER IN CRIME: Literally or figuratively. I think a Pinky and the Brain dynamic could be really fun but it's not beyond Siân to become attached to a goody-goody, too.

🐧 RELATIONS TO SIBLINGS: She has three and they would have overlapped with her at Hogwarts. I have no thoughts, head empty. They're open to be played but also open to be NPCs that your character dated, hated, whatevered.

🐧 SCAM VICTIM(S): I'm sure a few of her peers fell for her grifts, at least once. She isn't an outright thief, so she wouldn't have rummaged through anyone's trunk but she would unabashedly sell someone fake magical items or hustle them into bad sports bets, etc.

🐧 FRIENDS: She probably has a few of these.

Ok yes to Lysian Terror Duo but also Aster would know her from the "restaurant" and is probably weirdly protective of the Meat Sweats Crew because clearly no one else is looking out for them. Makes sure she gets paid! Pretends she doesn't hear customer complaints about the food quality!

Get ready for Sian to unabashedly ask Lysander increasingly asinine questions with 100% earnestness 😈

And Sian very much appreciates a little mothering from Aster. Will try to repay her with gifts she doesn't want (stray cat style).

SAME AGE. And I think they're easy friends. Because they've got compatible personalities... and because Hugo is an easy mark for Sian. You can probably just ask him for money.

oh another thing peri and sian have in common is that they were both wastrels at the NEWT level. i bet they spent a lot of time in that 6th/7th year shooting the shit while everyone else was in like, transfig or whatever

pfft i am aware now that i have the years wrong here - i am reaching self parody levels of being bad at counting. anyway, they can be wastrels together in their adult lives

Honestly, Siân was probably equally truant her third and fourth years (??? math ???) and learned from Peri how to maximize the free room and board.

Peri paying Siân slightly too much to do menial tasks for her and they both feel like they’re pulling one over on each other
