i have lorcan here who is 2 years younger than him so maybe also not part of the dating pool at hogwarts BUT!! post-grad, he also globetrotted (for different reasons) and he could have potentially wound up in a possum marriage in west virginia with him if you're down for that? pre-werewolf, so like... anywhere from 11 months - 4 years ago. (that's a safe rough estimate bc i'm terrible with math and timelines.)

besides that, he's also into photography (though an unremarkable photographer) and very interested in unraveling the MYSTERIES of henhurst hall.

then i have maya

horsie who is v into div and loves val (though i haven't really followed thru on our line together SORRY JJ). she's slytherin '17, former head girl, former president of equestrian club, n thought she was very cool and sexy because she's american. she's absolutely thrilled with and invested in the Henhurst Numerology woowoo and will absolutely enable neptune's magical thinking and belief that his soulmate is at henhurst.

big apologies i got unexpectedly whisked away today but now i am back!!

i imagine neptune got along v well with noel during their hogwarts days as a boy arguably tossing out some himbo vibes himself and he appreciates all of the support!! is v glad to see him around again!!

lmao oh my gosh i had not considered the possibility of PC possum spouses but that deffo sounds fun? neptune was definitely hoping for some romcom Fate Intervention and was heartbroken as usual when that was not the case. I'm super bad and didn't actually solidify where/when Neptune was places but he definitely tried more than once so could fit anywhere in a timeline!!

he fucked off to appalachia immediately after hogwarts, so july '24, spent about a year with the mothmen in WV, wrote a book and fucked around america doing some sightseeing, then got werewolf'd in louisiana around may '26 about 10 months ago.

do we wanna say about 12 to 11 months ago, For The Drama? 👀 one of the last carefree things he did before he got werewolf'd.

what do you think would be more fun to play? either way, if neptune was keen on it i think he would've kept in contact post-marsuptials up until he got werewolf'd, in which case he could've either ghosted bc he was distracted with his recovery or he upped his penpal game in isolation. (oh? stuck in recovery? time to buy every piece of stationery in the hospital gift shop.)

Aw thank you!! And excellent, another name for the chicken cult rolls. :) Corrie will definitely notice his addition to the floor. I think she might have some trouble deciding whether he's For Real or not? She's not used to dudes being such romantics, and she tends to think anyone that good looking is probably a tool whether they admit it or not. So. Might think he's being super fake, and be suspicious as to why.

And for what it's worth, she seems to get along fine with Aster. Val just has the exact type of personality that grates on her.
