PERSONALITY. Marion's ride-or-die with a chosen few and has a reputation for involving herself in tiffs on behalf of those who didn't ask; unless she straight-up started it. She's flighty in her interests, both professionally and romantically. She's competitive. I'm still trying to find... some... positive aspects of her personality, tbh.
HOGWARTS. She worked hard and played harder, both on the pitch and at parties. Never slowed down. Was a ✨ rising quid star. ✨ Kissed around, a lot. As a prefect, was especially protective of the younger students and often took their sides.
QUID PRO (QUO). Recruited onto Puddlemere United.
2022, GOT WREKT. Took a bludger to the head at just the worst angle. And then fell off her broom. It was scary, messy, public, and soon revealed to have caused a brain bleed; she was removed from the roster for the rest of the season and spent two months recovering in hospital, where she didn't want to see many friends. She didn't return to Puddlemere for the next season and more or less disappeared from the public eye until the new year.
2023, RADIO SILENT. Is given a more-or-less clean bill of health. Shortly thereafter, a leaked report states that she's no longer cleared to play professionally. She bails on her family, most friends, and possibly the UK at large. Sends occasional owls sent to assure she is alive and well. Comes back for check-ins at St Mungo's but that's about it.
2024, RE-EMERGED. Back, worked a lot of jobs, tried poorly to rebuild relationships.
ELEVATOR PITCH: Yesterday she was the rookie chaser to watch — now she's the oldest rookie healer who's trying to get back on her feet. She fell apart when she was told she couldn't play anymore and lost the reassembly manual years ago, and now that she's trying to find equilibrium she's also trying to (re?)build relationships that are more likely to last. She doesn't know how, though. And she's a total dumbass. So.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
NOW. St Mungo's, in her first year of healer training. On the side, works in her grandparents' pub in Glasgow to earn some extra cash and because she likes it there.
2024–EARLY 2026. Literally everywhere, working a new job every few months. Hired, tried hard to do well (and often did a pretty good job of it), and then dropped it after only a few weeks in favour of something else. Definitely worked at Meat Sweats, the Ministry, and the owl post, each for a hot minute. She's been an apprentice wandmaker and an apprentice potioneer, a daycare staffer, and god knows what else. (See Wanted Lines for more!) The only place she didn't work was in the quid world.

RIDE OR DIE. Marion won't just go to bat for her closest friends — she'll also fill the bat with nails, set it on fire, and swing it wildly in the night at the mere SUGGESTION of danger. There's probably a couple of people she feels like this about.
EXES. Marion has never dated anyone for more than three months; she breaks it off pretty quick at that point, citing disinterest. And that's kind of true. Often it's messy. & She's only dated women since like fourth year, so no boys allowed. The number potential is tbh infinite.
